General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Proteinuria is a symptom caused due to primary disease. In your case, due to spetic tubular necrosis, the kidney tissue has been damaged and hence it is excreting proteins in urine. Once your condition is treated completely, kidney tissue should recover and be back to normal, proteinuria will stop. Kindly follow the advice as given by your doctor and do the necessary follow-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
