How Can Probiotics Be Used Vaginally?
I am age 64 and have recently been put on progesterone cream x 2 a week. this has improved by PH greatly. But I have noticed an odor that wont go away. I also take probiotics. My gynecologist said to use them vaginally. How? put the capsul in and daily? what does this exactly do?

Let me tell you that probiotics are available both in pill and suppository form. So you need to take probiotic suppository which has to be simply placed inside the vagina.
Probiotics help produce helpful bacterial flora which keeps the inside of your vagina healthy.
