I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with premature ejaculations. The usual treatment is fluoxetine but the other SSRIs like celexa, Lexapro, paxil or Zoloft may help. I would recommend you ask your doctor to allow a trial of each of these medications before you say they failed.

You can also use condoms with anesthetizing agents that reduce your ability to fell and hence last longer. There also several lubricants that also can reduce your ability to sense touch. One example is Men's K-Y lubricant.
