How Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

I have been with my boyfriend for three years and everytime we are intimate he always ejaculates in less than 5 minutes. We could have sex 10 times a week and it is always the same thing. What could be the issue? He refuses to go to the doctor or believe there is an issue but it gets frustrating on my behalf. What should i do?

Early ejaculation is not the disease that can be treated with medicines but this is just because of the over consciousness, over excitement, apprehensiveness, he need to be very patience at the time of intercourse, no hurry, pre-conscious mind would be main cause of this, if he would think that I am going to ejaculate now then this would happens for sure, instead he need to be prepared mentally to pull it for long time and he could do this, encourage him for the same, hope this information helps, take care.
