How Can Poor Blood Circulation In The Legs Be Treated?

I recently been diagnosed with pmr and also have a problem with my circulation in legs, discovered blood is not returning to my heart as it should. I have since feel a bit of swelling near by left side of chest. Should this be a concern? I hate running to the doctors for every little thing so I have not called my doctor. Feel a little foolish asking but I want to know if I should let my doctor know.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Don't think like that ,asking and knowing about our health is our prime concern so ask everything to doctor because you are paying for that also.our leg veins are having valve and they are working antigravity so that valve prevent blood to leak down and toward the heart it reach properly but sometimes that valve failed to do it's work then blood can't not return properly and cardiac output decreases and creates problem so vascular opinion should be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
