How Can Poor Appetite In An Infant Be Treated?

Whats the best milk for baby 1 yr and 2 months not gaining wait for quite a while.His poop quite slumpy and always wet.It also has bery bad odor.Tried lactum 1 + then Nan hw 3 but seems not working for my baby.His tummy always upset and I think have a poor digestion.Been hospitalized twice for gastroenteritis.He has very poor appetite as well.

I think after first year you can safely use cow milk but goat milk is more advisable since it is more similar to breast milk.
