How Can Plural Effusion Be Treated?

My daughter 17years has plural effusion due to tb 2nd time .she has taken macox zh ethambutol and max flox 400mg for two month and after this she is taking rhefd for four months. Is is treatment right. rhefd will not harm my child for four month specially ethambutol

Hello,

Yes, they are giving dots therapy right. You have to follow their instructions. These drugs cause a little bit of side effects but not to worry about it though.

Pleural Effusion if mild subsides on its own and if it is more, then they evacuate it. I don't think it is needed for your doctor. Take medicine, and eat well.
