How Can Pigmentation On The Face Be Removed?

i am having a pigmentation problem, for which i am using pigmentation medicine, but while using the that medicine, getting red bumps on my face like cheek, head and chin. if i stop the medicine the red bumps are reducing but the pigmentation is start. how to solve. kindly suggest
