How Can Penile Yeast Infection Be Treated?

Dear SIr, I am suffering from type 2 diabetes of value 392 after lunch and 354 at fasting.It is diagnosed 3 days back.Iam also suffering from candida at the penis from last 4 months.My sperm count recently has shown nil so if the diabetes got under control will the sperm count be on rise .My age is 27 .

*take doxycycline (100 mg) twice a day for five days
* clean up properly with dettol soap and water 3-4
times a day
