How Can Paternity Of An Unborn Child Be Confirmed?
I had sex with my boyfriend oct. 1st and 2nd. As well as pretty much all of September. I had sex with another person on oct.6th. I found out I was pregnant on oct. 23rd. I had my ultrasound on oct.24 stating I was 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant . Went back nov. 9th. Found out I was 7 weeks and 2 days. Every ultrasound after that is dating that I got pregnant on the 3rd of october. Can I be assured the possibility of it being the 1st man s is significantly higher than the other? Or should I still worry?
Based on ultrasound scan reports, it may be presumed that the 1st person could possibly be responsible for the pregnancy.
However, it can be confirmed by DNA paternity test by procedures called chorionic villus sampling or amniocentesis during pregnancy or after the baby is born by collecting buccal cells found on the inside of a person's cheek using a buccal swab or cheek swab.
DNA paternity test will confirm who the biological father of the child is.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
