How Can Paon In The Knees Be Treated?

I have been suffering from right knee pain due to the shortage of cartridge . I have been using different pain balms which give only temporary relief. I had undergone an injection for this joint knee pain. Meanwhile, one Indian Doctor advised me to take Evion 400 as a supplement and to get relief from pain. I took nearly 15 tablets , but I do not find much benefits. The pain is not persisting always. The pain starts while I am walking. My next injection is to take place in November. What is your advice in this regard.

Hi,

You need an MRI scan of the knee joint to know the status of bones, cartilages and synovial fluid. Visit an orthopedician.
For the time being, apply heat and take some NSAIDs like Advil for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
