How Can Panic Attack Be Treated?

I just started taking bystolic 5 mg 3 days ago and today I was feeling very shaky like my blood sugar was very low. I checked my blood pressure and it was ok but my heart rate was very low. Now I think I am nervous about this reaction and might be having a panic attack

please calm down bistollic a beta blocker will normally give a decreased pulse.however for significant decrease in heart rate or tremor we need a consultation.
rest is ok.
