Hi,

Cysts in the pancreas may be an accidental finding on ultrasound abdomen or other investigations.

If the cyst is small not causing any symptoms then you have to check if it is pseudocyst or cyst is malignant or benign.

Diagnosis by cystic fluid aspiration and send for cytology along with CT scan abdomen.

If it is benign watch-and-wait may be useful. If it is malignant it needs to be resected.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
