How Can Painful Surgical Adhesions Be Treated?

Is there anything that can be done for lesions or scar tissue from previous surgeries? I have been having abdominal pains in my right since about April and have had a ct scan of the abdomin and pelvis done plus I ve had a colonostomy done in July and the only thing that showed up was a slight irritation around the surgical sight.

plastic surgeon should be consulted keloid formation should be looked for.only surgical option can be considered
