How Can Painful Skin Cuts On The Penis Be Treated?

3days ago i had unprotected sex with my fiancee even i didn t clean my penis after having a sex. Now i got injuries and cuts,scratches on my outer round skin of my penis as well as inside dipper portion of my penis. I am facing irritation horribly in my penis. When i do pee i got so much irritation in my penis. I am using ointment for my penis that name is cipla s closip b but i didn t find any effect on my injuries or infection. Please do suggest any faster recovery for my penis as soon as possible.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What cuts you are having on your penis appears to have caused due to friction during intercourse as a result of lack of enough lubrication.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over the affected area.
3. Take anti-inflammatory Tablet. Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
4. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
5. Use proper lubricant when you have intercourse.
Gradually, your symptoms would subside.
