How Can Painful Piles With Anus Boils Be Treated Non Surgically?

i am having painful piles and i have an external boil formed near the anus area...i have started taking hialaya pilex tablets...wil that help? could you please suggest the best medicines to cure piles...i am aware of the surgey but i want to keep that as a last resort if medicines dont work...also is there a way to get ride of this external boil with medicines

Your symptoms seem to be related to external haemorrhoids. I recommend using Preparation H cream for local application. I also recommend taking anti-inflammatory medication to reduce pain such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
