Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have fibromyalgia, I in pain every day, I don t know what I have to do.I have lots treatment but I have still a pain .I would like to apply for disability because I still work but sometimes is very difficult to me.What I have to do, with who I have contact. Please advice me.
I wish I could give you a better answer, but fibromyalgia is very difficult to treat. If your symptoms are as debilitating as you describe, I'd recommend you see a chronic pain specialist who deals with fibromyalgia. Many doctors just aren't experienced when it comes to treating severe fibromyalgia. A chronic pain doctor can not only help with treatment, but can help with evaluating you for disability.
