How Can Painful Cramps In The Calves And Thighs Be Treated?

I have had muscle cramps in my legs, both calves and thighs. These occur usually when I awaken, and can be extremely painful. Also, they can occur in my diaphragm, during the day with any activity. I am diabetic, Hypertensive, and a breast cancer survivor. I am taking medication for all of these conditions. Could my medications be causing the cramps? My primary doctor is aware of the cramps. Any help you can provide, will be appreciated. Donna

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to vitamin d deficiency. Checking levels of vitamin d and b12 will be helpful. In that case taking supplements of those will be helpful.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
