Hello,

It may be Lichen urticates or Prurigo Simplex. There may be some cause like hypersensitivity to insects, dust, house dust mite or some allergen.

Avoid soap bath. Keep away yourself from suspected allergens. Oral steroid in tapering doses, antihistaminic and application of mild steroid cream would help you in eliminating the disease. However, consult the dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel
