General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The lifestyle you are following is good for controlling the recurrence of an acute problem. Pain & inflammation is indicated by the severity of symptoms.
You should start taking stool softeners like Vremmafinto avoid repeated irritation of fissure due to hard stools. Specific antibiotic & anti-inflammatory drugs should've started to control inflammation & infection according to treating doctors advise. So an expert opinion of a proctologist along with all the care you are already taking would help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
