How Can Pain Related To Bowel Movements, While Having Runny Stool, Be Treated?

It is hurting to have bowel movements and it s mostly runny stool. It hurts randomly at anytime, if I m sitting down, standing, or having a bowel movement. I have tried Preperation H with bio-dyne and Tylenol extra strength but nothing is easing the pain

encase of gastroenteritis and seviour gastritis it can cause be related to pain get stool examined and can take a course of metrogyl and unienzyme. can take omiprazol twice daily for 5 days.consult gastroenterologist and donot try any medication without doctors advise.
