How Can Pain In The Right Shoulder And Arm Be Treated?

My CT scan came up with reversal of the cervical lordosis present with 2mm forward slip of C3 on C4 as well as C4 on C5. There is minor central disc osteophyte complex at the c4/5 level present. This test was done OCtober 2016. I fell off a dirt bike July 2015 and as of today are still having problems with neck and right shoulder and arm. I dont know what to do anymore or whether it is time to look into surgery as I am always in pain. Please help with some adivce

You should take a surgery immediately. The painkiller just relief pain for a moment when you take medicine and that will not solve your
problem.
