How Can Pain In The Neck Be Treated?

I have just had my second radio frequency in my neck last week left side neck this week right side on my right side it hurts to even touch it from my neck up into my hairline strangest thing is on the second day after both oblations I was completely pain free it was like a miracle I had energy and pain free just the second day then the pain started coming back more like shingles with no sign on the surface on the third day my nurologist put me on neurontin 1. 300mg 3time a day which makes me so drousey but I m still having pain in neck I had such high hopes since I experienced that second pain free day I haven t felt that much pain free in years I want it back please help?

-use painkillers like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day
-you can also use anti-inflammatory creams for local relief
-use cool compresses
-muscle stretching can help to relieve the pain
-exercise regularly
