How Can Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks Be Treated?

I have severe lower back pain with pain in buttocks and legs. I had fusion surgery in July 2016 and I am worse. I now have a protrusion that they have to keep check on to see if it has moved which I’m told would be a very serious problem. My pain is worse and has spread since surgery. What is wrong?I didn’t know there was a cost and really don’t don’t want to continue and pay as I have seen several doctors in person with no real help. Thanks anyway
