How Can Pain In The Lower Back After An Injury Be Treated?

Hello, today at work I was mopping the floors and I slipped and landed on my tailbone. I got help up and into a chair and a few minutes later, I started seeing stars and found it hard to breathe. The people talking around me also sounded distant. I thought I was going to pass out. I didn t pass out luckily, but I still have pain in my lower back, what happened to me? Should I go see a doctor?

take MRI sacrum and coxys to rule out fracture.consult neurosurgeon and orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on treatment. take tab hifenac to reduce pain.can apply cold compression.
