How Can Pain In The Legs And Knees Be Treated?

Hello. A week ago I strained the piriformes muscle in my right button during a Pilates reformer class. It is causing sciatica that radiates down my leg into my knee. I have been using heat and ice, taking mobic, 8-hour Tylenol and Valium at night to try to sleep. The pain is less during the day when I am able to walk and do stretches, but I have not been able to sleep more than a few hours. It is not getting any better. I have a physical therapy appointment on Wednesday. Is there anything I can do or take to get relief at night?
