How Can Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade Be Treated?
I think I pulled a muscle under the left shoulder blade wrapping around to the front. Spasms. Recently in hospital for 4 days for celulitis of the the right arm. Swelling gone. On high dose antibiotics, but had lain in bed for all that time on IV. Pain so severe I can t lay down.

-you can also use anti-inflammatory creams for local relief
-use cool compresses at the affected area
