How Can Pain In The Left Arm Be Treated?

I had a bike wreck and injured my upper left arm. The pain occurs with twisting, bending to the back, holding weights above my head for any length of time, and it pops in the shoulder area constantly. Is it broken, although I can still move it some what with minimal pain? Or what is wrong? The injury happened the first week of May and is not getting any better.

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

After too much long time if it would had been broken it must had fused too of its own. Fractured boned fuse of its own it the medical intervention is not done.

As per your history it seems to be frozen shoulder, toy need to visit an orthodontic specialist, also get an x ray done to get the proper diagnosis of the condition.

Frozen shoulder takes months to get cured and also needs some particular exercises done in consultation with the physiotherapist.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
