How Can Pain In The Joints And Elbows Be Treated?

I have been having pain in my joints. Mostly is in my elbows (mainly the right) and the lower arm just below the elbows. When I use my arms, the pain can be quite severe. I did have blood work done and have vitamin D deficiency for which I am taking a supplement to get it back to normal. Also, my Lyme test came back with some reactive bands but dr said it was probably from when I had it a few years ago. Not sure if I should go to dr or if it will get better once the vitamin D level comes back up.

Hello and greetings

It could be due to Vitamin D deficiency or it could be due to return of Lyme disease which are known to cause joint pain. Get your Vit. D level checked after completion of the vitamin supplement. Another cause can be arthritic manifestation which are known to cause musculoskeletal problems.

Avoid strenuous work with hands till the cause is diagnosed.

Thanks
