Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion this is a type of sciatic pain only ,the nerves involved are little higher ones.( L2-L3 nerve root).
MRI of lumbar spine is required for diagnosis.
The treatment will depend on the MRI Findings.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
