How Can Pain In The Breast And Shoulder Be Treated?

I fell on the corner post of my bed and hit my breast so hard. It was so painful. A massive bruise appeared but I have jarred my shoulder too. Where I hit my breast a broken tissue lump has appeared and is painful. What can I do fof pain whilst I am waiting for it to go away.

take x-ray to rule out fracture.bruises are to be treated by cleaning with sterile gauge and applying antiseptic lotion. if requered strapping may be done give inj tt if indicated, can take tab combiflam twice daily after food clinical examination by doctor is to be done.
