General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is just a musculoskeletal pain following the fall.

Nothing much to worry as it will settle with conservative management.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
