How Can Pain Due To Lung Cancer Be Treated?

hi Doc,
My father in law aged 75 years diagnosed with lung cancer and the size of mass is 140mmx110mmx116mm and lab result is small cell carcinoma..
now a days they feel anxiety and pain in left side and the mass has move out from lung to upper side of chest and we can see in the upper side of chest.
We dont want to go for chemo.
Is there any other drugs or medicine which can reduce the pain and anxiety.
