General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your description, it seems that you are having carpel tunnel syndrome. It is nothing but compression of major nerves in your arms. We have to rule out other possibilities as well, like undetected diabetes and thyroid diseases. I suggest you to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. You have to get an MRI scan done.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
