How Can Pain And Tightness In The Chest Be Treated?
Yesterday while doing inclined leg presses, I felt a popping sensation under my right rib cage when my legs pulled tight to my chest. Hurt a little at the time but now just mildly sore with no effect on breathing and no other symptoms. Wondering what it could have been

it's a capsule stretch..therr are many capsules and minor linings in body which may have been stretched.
