How Can Pain And Swelling In The Throat Be Treated?

I did coke 2 days ago and i sometimes get a littlw soar throat which only lasts a couple hours and goes away but this time it hurts to swallow and my throat also hurts.What are some fast acting remedies i can use to make the pain stop as well as swelling?

Hi there,

The cocaine likely irritated your nasopharyngeal tract. I'd recommend drinking plenty of fluids. Over the counter benadryl and ibuprofen can help with the inflammation you are having.
