How Can Pain And Itching In The Body During Cancer Treatment Be Treated?

Hello.....My father is receiving Keytruda every three weeks for stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. He s having terrible discomfort with stabbing pain, burning, and intense itching. No visible rash. His Dr has him on high doses of gabapentin. That s not helping. Benadryl not helping. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I see that you are already taking antihistamines which are have not been effective. I would recommend consulting your doctor about taking prescribed corticosteroids orally or as injections for relieve.
