How Can Ovulation Date Be Tracked?

Hi.my cycle is around 43 days after my stillborn delivery in Nov.my doc gave me primolut to make it become regular this month at around day 35.they said I should conceive normally.my first men s after delivery was 18 DEC.then 2 Feb then 17 march.can you please help me when I ovulate ? Am having problem to calculate my ovulation date so as to become pregnant.

Trying to track your ovulation date might be making you anxious especially with irregular cycles and this anxiety also tends to alter the date of ovulation. To avoid bias in this better try to have intercourse on alternate days apart from the days you are menstruating . This can help.
