How Can Ovarian Cysts Be Treated?
Hi i am 32yrs old and diagnose with right ovarian cystic structure as describe consider Endometrioma and my left ovarian structure as describe can not tottaly rule out pyosalpinx.my question is there a chance to treat without undergoing to surgery?and do i have chance to get pregnant?

Pyosalpingitis needs antibiotics and surgical drainage. Sometimes ovarian cysts are left untreated and checked their natural evolution.
