General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you know otosclerosis is abnormal growth of bones in the middle ear. Hearing aids doesn’t provide permanent cure. As a first line treatment, We can go for medical management like fluorides, if no improvement is seen surgical procedures like stapedectomy may be required. Consult an ENT surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
