How Can Osteonecrosis Of The Right Hip Be Treated?

My doctor thinks I may have avascular necrosis in my right hip. On the xray it looked as though at least 20% of the ball of my hip was gone from the top. Will I need a hip replacement now or later. I prefer now while I am only 57 and can recover more quickly.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you upload your x ray images it will be more helpful in identifying the condition. Hip replacement will be the definite treatment mostly.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
