How Can One Withdraw From Prolia?

I have been on Prolia now for 7 year, 2 injections a year. I am having lower back pain l 1 all the way to L 5 Disc osteophyte with moderate to severe hypertrophy There is partial visualization of a chronic superior endplate compression deformity with approximately 50 percent lose of the Tll vertebral body height demonstrated on correlated CT of the chest dated 11/30/2017 When I get severe pain pain I also run low grad tem. I want to get off this Prolia But know if you do bones break, Now I know ever symptom I have is a side effect, why would I stay on it.
