How Can One Warm Up Severe Cold Sensation In Fingertips And Toes?

Lately when my hands get cold, the finger tips of the index finger on each hands turns white and losses all sensation. Happens inside gloves, pockets, etc, and remains that way for about 20 minutes reagrdless of how I try to warm them up. Have also had a lot of coldness in my toes.

Hi,
Coldness of hands and feet on episodic basis could be due to Acrocyanosis or Raynauds phenomenon. if your hand turns blue, it is more likely to be so.
It is advisable to rule out connective tissue diseases like SLE.
For the time being, do not expose hands and feet to cold, wear woolen gloves, take hot coffee and tea and avoid cold food items. if they persist, consult a physician or a rheumatologist.
