How Can One S Allergy To Certain Drugs Be Identified?

I HAVE A SIGNIFICENT ALLERGY TO PROPOLIS. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE LIST OF INGREDIENTS THAT I NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM. I ALSO HAVE ALLERGIC CONTACT DERMATITIS. RIGHT NOW I CANNOT PUT ANYTHING ON MY FACE WITHOUT GETTING SWOLLEN. RIGHT NOW ON PREDISONE, EYES ARE RED AND ITCHY. I WOULD LIKE TO WEAR SUNSCREEN AND FOUNDATION. CANNOT FIND ANYTHING THAT WORKS. HELP!
