Hello,

I think if sialadenitis has been recognized as diagnose, should get treated straight away by ENT specialist. However, we should first determine what is causing it: infection? calculi? or any other pathology?

Normally, the treatment is according to the main cause.

I think you should get regular follow ups with ENT specialist. He/she will decide the best treatment strategy.
