How Can Numbness And Pain In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I have been having severe sciatic pain been to ER twice. Left upper leg is now numb and left groin area has sever pain when I sit. Waiting to have an epidural a injection but concerned about this vein pain. It is now bulging further down inside of left leg.

Consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
