i have a recurring redness and flaking of skin around the nostrils, not on the outside but more inside and around them, it has been coming and going for 3-4months and no matter what creme, oil ect i put on it it just doesn't seem to clear- it does a bit, the redness goes away and the flaking ceases and then as soon as i think its gone, it comes back .... what is it? what can i do? thanks
