How Can Neuropathy In The Feet And Toes Be Treated?

My question is i have horrible neuropathy in my feet toes legs ankles n hands...with my left side hurting alot worse than my right well also on my left side i have pinched nerves in my back slipped disc degenerative bone diseases. .and 7 screws and a metal plate in my ankle im in horrible pain im schedualed for ankle sugery to get my hardware removed in a few days im not mobile at all at this time ive gained over 60 pounds in the last year from not being mobile my questions are will my neuropathy get worse after ankle sugery?and about how long will i be down from that surgery? And will the surgery even help my left ankle and foot n toe pain? Im looking for pain relief some how some way im in terrible pain wat should i do my bodys debilatated completely they done have me on nothing for pain....i hurt so bad i need relief please....????
