How Can Nephrotic Syndrome Be Treated?

Sir good morning, my son born on September 2014 was traced positive for nephrotic syndrome on 10-10-2016, which was treated by omnicortil forte and his report get negative within 10 days started treatment. A complete 12 week course was given to him that ends on 5-1-17. But by 15 March 17 his urine test is again showing +1,+2,+3,trace unevenly in urine dipstick test, and never continued to be +3 for 3days but he not got any other infection of fever or cold during it .so after one and half months of continue reports, doctor declared it a relapse and started second treatment of about 4-5 weeks. Sir how much days normally it will take to be negative report. There is no any change in report after 3 days of started treatment. Is it normal? We are worried about it. Please give me counselling.
