General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The neck pain, near the middle of your back associated with feeling nausea and throwing up after eating is suggestive of possible gallbladder or stomach problem.

I think you should run some diagnostic tests to rule them out:
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
- complete blood count
- complete biochemistry panel

If nothing, then, X-ray of the vertebral spine (neck and shoulder area) to rule out vertebral spine problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care. All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
